Samsung develops new memory module ecological 32GB DDR3! - Calm things down, not talking about modules for desktops, if new server grade RAM with the amazing capacity of 32GB and noticeably faster than previous models.

Samsung has managed to develop new DDR3 memory modules packaged recorded using TSV technology, first used in the industry. The new modules have a capacity of 32GB and have an amazing bandwidth of 1333Mb / s, more than 66% increase compared to current models of memory recorded for servers, of around 800Mb / s. In addition, these new "sticks" with the label "green" get 30% extra energy saving through the use of this technology in production, with a vertical connection design a 3D model of production (instead of the usual circuit plane)
Samsung still has not shared details about the availability of these new modules 32GB, although it has dropped the first engineering samples have been sent to the leading manufacturers and assemblers for their evaluation, and will continue to produce this type of memory based 3D TSV technology development while still working to reduce the manufacturing process at least until 20nanómetros.
